Manually assign leads to Admissions Representative

Hold your sales team accountable for sales by assigning them prospects to convert into customers. Prospects will appear in the agent’s bucket once assigned. Track conversions-based statuses and the number of Valid leads assigned to each user.

Manually assign leads for more control over rotation or use the Auto Assign feature to increase the response time on your agents reaching your potential customers.

2 Ways to Manually Assign Leads

There are a few ways to control the Auto Assign feature:

Skills – add Programs, Lead Types and/or Sources that this user should receive. Leave blank and the rotation will assign the leads to any user in the rotation.

Holidays – Your agents should add the days not available to receive leads due to a holiday. They will begin receiving their normal lead assignment once they come back from vacation.

Menu Bar – The Auto Assign bar displays your agents, displays their auto assign status, and allows you to remove them from the rotation with an on/off button.

When a user has not been active for longer than 15 minutes in Ynot, their Auto Assign status will automatically display as BUSY. The User also has the option to select Busy when not available for more than 15 minutes.

Prospects will get assigned to the next available Agent in the rotation. If you become available once skipped, you will need to wait until the rotation comes around again before receiving another lead.
