Ynot's bulk communication feature sends up to 1000 emails and sms at a time.
Step 1. From the table view on the Leads page, click the check box on the left side of the page to choose the prospect(s) you'd like to send a message to. Click on the top box to select ALL prospects on the page. Menu<Leads<Prospects
Step 2. Click "Tools" select "Communication" from the drop down, then scroll to "Email" or "Sms" and select a template.
