The "Expected Start Date" field only becomes available when the prospect reaches "Enrolled" or Customer status. Once the field becomes editable, you're able to either select an existing start date from the dropdown or add a custom date. See below for step-by-step instructions on adding a new start date.
Click on the plus sign.
2. Choose a date from the calendar by clicking on the date field. Click "close" when done.
3. Title field will auto populate once a date has been chosen. Click create to complete the process.
