A prospective customer who is inquiring about your products or services is called a "prospect" or a "lead". "Prospects" reach your company through various channels including your website, digital media, TV/Radio/Newspaper Ads, Community Events or Referrals. 

Ynot is a lead database that stores your prospective customer information and provides tools for your salesforce to easily manage their information and nurture your prospective customer to a customer relationship. 

Ynot allows you to search and find individual prospects using detailed information such as Name, Phone, or Email. Also you can filter lists of leads to work based on the prospect's program of interest, location and/or the marketing source used to contact your company. 

Ynot maintains a detailed contact history/event log to chronicle every call, text, email and appointments scheduled and attended between the company and the prospect. Previous communications sent are available for review my any authorized team member.
