A lead is Rejected when prospects being posted into Ynot do not meet your company’s criteria as a qualified prospect. This option becomes available when you are working with marketing sources that post leads into Ynot. Each Brand and Location may have different targeting methods and restrictions which can cause leads to be Rejected. The system allows you to place targeting methods on the products being advertised.

A few reasons why a prospect is not considered a qualified lead:

•Zip code is not approved

•Duplicate prospect within 30 days

•No Allocation

•Certain fields not completed (FPI)

Resolving your Rejected leads:

Your rejected leads are separated from your prospect records and can be found in your filters section. Frequently review your list and resolve any issues. Based on the Reason for rejection, you will need to update the record and repost or contact your source to make any updates necessary.

An email notification regarding the rejection and reason is sent out to the source. This allows them to quickly resolve issues if its being caused on their end.
