Search for Duplicates

Most people inquire multiple times before purchasing a product or service. These duplicate inquiries create separate records in Ynot. The Ynot system is set up to reject and stop duplicates from appearing in your account. However, there are certain scenarios a duplicate can enter into your account:

•Manually added records can be pushed into the system by Users

•Records posting into the system after 30days of the original record (these are considered Valid)

Issues can arise when two agents begin contacting the same person. To FIX----search for possible Duplicates before assigning and/or before contacting the person. The Tab (don’t know the title)
