Call tracking is a section in Ynot capturing the recordings from prospects contacting your business. This feature is used by organizations wanting to track inquiries coming from their marketing and advertising ads containing phone numbers. Calls are reviewed by the marketing team to ensure all inquiries appear as a potential prospect in Ynot with the correct lead source. When a match is not found a new prospect record is created. Follow up and continue working the person if assigned to your account.
