Ynot understands that sometimes you capture lead information and/or move a prospect through the sales cycle and are unable to input it into the system the same day. To keep data and reports as accurate as possible, you're able to backdate newly added leads.

This feature is managed in the client section and has two options. You can set specific backdate limits for managers and adreps/agents.

Simply do the following:

1. Click on Setup in the menu and select Client.

2. Click on the client name under the Title column

3. Click on edit and enter in the date limits.

4. Click save and you're done.

Now when a manager or adrep/agent go to create a new lead or edit an existing lead they have the option to backdate.

(Note) When creating a backdated lead, an adrep/agent must be assigned before saving.
