There are a couple ways to create a lead in Ynot. Either by manually creating a new lead on the leads page or through landing pages which posts leads electronically.

The leads page can be accessed two different ways depending on user role and permission access. Admissions Rep or Sales Agent users have the ability to create new leads from the Prospect section, while Call Monitoring type users access the lead page from the Call Recording section.
