Add Activities, Notes, Dates
The activity box on your prospects page contains different fields that allow you to quickly add information and move to your next prospect.
The activity section allows you to:
• Assign – assign an agent to the prospect record
• Statuses – update only if your prospects moves forward in the sales process, otherwise, it can remain the same.
• Contact - add the outcome of your call when reaching out to the prospect. These include Left Message, Contacted, Disconnected.
• Notes - regarding your conversation or additional information to help remind yourself of important topics discussed with the prospect.
The activities are stored in the Logs section just below the activity box. It's good practice to review prospects Logs to refresh your memory on the recent activity with the person before contacting again.
