How to define permissions by user roles

Roles: These are preset user types that help to provide the necessary access to your Ynot account for different people.

Permissions: These are specific access-granted options that are assigned to Roles and/or specific Users to allow viewing, editing, downloading, etc. based on the level of access a user needs to work in Ynot.

Examples of different Roles and access:

Executives: View all locations and access to budgets, updates, etc

Admins: Access to specific location, assigning leads, editing and updating all records for assigned location.

Ad Reps: Access to only view assigned leads, available buckets, some statuses.
