Your prospects can be reached multiple ways using the different tools available in Ynot.

Calling your prospect

Use the Call option that appears on your prospects phone number. The benefit of using this feature is being able to quickly reach your potential customer, adding an outcome and having this information stored for future use. This eliminates the time wasted on manually dialing, tracking your dials and the outcomes completed for the day/week.

Send SMS & Emails

Select and send email/sms templates created by your company. These templates allow you to quickly communicate with a prospect and move to the next person in your queue. There are “Variables” throughout the email/sms which changes based on the user sending out the email. This allows one template to be used by multiple users at a location. Examples of some variables are your Name, Phone, and Email.

2-way sms is also supported. You're able to create custom text messages and the prospect is able to rely. You'll receive a notification pop when an incoming sms is received.

Prospects replying to the email sent from the system will be redirected to your email account. This means you are not able to view the prospects response in Ynot. Log into your email account from Outlook, etc. to view the email. The email and information being used as your variable can be found and updated under your Settings.
