How prospects find your company

A lead source shows where your potential customers are coming from. This can be the name of a specific marketing company, a website, or events recently attended to help generate new customers. Each source requires a Lead Type which groups them into the type of marketing strategy used to reach your prospects and communicate the products/services you offer (Example: Online Marketing, Traditional Media, etc).

PPL :  

  • Only leads that are able to be returned or placed as Invalid.
