The menu tab located on the left side of your screen allows you to navigate through different sections in Ynot. From working leads, adding email templates for users to send prospects or reviewing calls from prospects calling your business, the Ynot menu allows users to easily get around their account. 


Leads tab –
This contains your potential customers' demographic and contact information. The majority of your time is spent in this section making updates to the records. Depending on your role, manage your rejected and duplicate leads, assign them to agents, or contact your prospects using Ynot’s communication tools.

Call Center tab – This contains the recordings from prospects who call your business by using numbers from your listings and ads. The recording, source, and caller's phone are captured and stored here for your review.

Reporting tab – This tab provides reports for your marketing results, conversions and the agent's progress with their potential customers.

Setup tab – Ynot’s Knowledge base provides how-to’s and additional support when using Ynot. You can also send a Support Ticket with questions or issues.
