There are different roles and responsibilities for users managing their leads in Ynot. To help manage and quickly update records there are 2 layouts available in your account - Table and Detail view. The Table layout is recommended when assigning leads or generating a list of records to view. Prospects are displayed in a format which represents an Excel style layout. The Detail view layout allows your sales agents to contact prospects, add activities or create calendar appointments without opening a new page.
