To back date a lead status to keep reports accurate, please do the following.

Select the status from the Lead Status field.

Check the box "Would you like to set a date/time different from now?"

1. Select the status from the Lead Status field.
2. Check the box "Would you like to set a date/time different from now?"
3. Choose date and save changes
