TFN Tracking Provides Marketing Insight
Local and Toll Free phones numbers can be purchased through the Ynot platform or existing numbers can be ported in. They can be used for both online and offline marketing. Sources are attached to TFNs in order to measure marketing efforts for each campaign.  

Step-by-step instructions on how to purchase a TFN:

  1. Click on Setup in the menu.

     2. Choose TFN Management. 

      3. Click on Add TFN.

       4. Click Search.

         5. First, choose TFN criteria. Options include what the number will begin with, contain, or end with. Select local or Toll-Free and click search. Confirm from the list of results by clicking purchase. 

           6. Complete the additional required fields.

Shared = multiple locations sharing the TFN
Dedicated = one location using the TFN
Redirect = for forwarding to another number


 Inbound = used to receive inbound phone calls
 Inbound/Outbound Text = used for 2-way SMS  (TFNs are needed to use the SMS feature)

  Select the Master Client the number will be used for.


Choose the source you want connected to the lead.

Browse for mp3 file to upload into IVR. (Greeting callers hear when they call.) 

Browse for mp3 file to upload for after-hours greeting.

Custom = special custom tasks
Routing = direct routing to the location(s) (most common)
Call Center = directs calls to the call center feature
